How Do Clear Aligners Work?
The clear aligners we offer are similar to systems like Invisalign®. We take impressions of your mouth and send them to a lab where the aligners are made. Once they arrive, you’ll wear them for a set amount of time each day – usually about 20 to 22 hours. Each aligner pushes the teeth a little closer to their ideal position, and you’ll switch to the next one every two weeks or so; occasionally, you’ll return to our office so Dr. Verner can make sure the process is going according to plan.
